Joseph Anderson, RPSGT, RPFT, CRT-NPS
is VP of Sales and Marketing for Sleepmate Technologies. He has
been with Sleepmate since 2001 after leaving Viasys Healthcare
where he held positions in Sleep Product Management as well as
Product Development and Testing.
He has been in the fields of Sleep and
Respiratory for more than 23 years. His background includes
being a clinician, educator or consultant at ATI Health
Education Center, Nova Southeastern University, Broward
Neurological Institute, University of Florida, MidWest Sleep,
Cal State Long Beach and King Fahad Medical Center in Saudi
Arabia.
Joe has written for numerous publications
including: A2Zzz, Focus, Advance, Sleep Review, Sleep Diagnosis
& Therapy, and recently completed the book “Distance
Education: A Learning Guide for Sleep Technology Educators”.
In 2002 & 2003 Joe wrote, directed, and edited
the sleep industries first web interactive CD-ROM training
modules known as PTS. In 2006 he created Sleepmate Radio™ and is
continuing to develop new programming in 2007.
He resides in Richmond, Virginia. His additional
projects include the development of the
National Sleep Information Center.
