Mike Bederka

Mike Bederka joined the staff of ADVANCE for Managers of Respiratory Care and ADVANCEforSleep.com in 2001. He now serves as senior associate editor for both trade publications, covering the latest news and trends in respiratory care and sleep medicine. Prior to ADVANCE, Mike spent several years in the newspaper business as an editor and reporter. His writing has earned several industry honors, including awards from the Associated Press, the American Society of Healthcare Publication Editors, and the Maryland-Delaware-D.C. Press Association. Mike graduated from the University of Delaware in 2000 with a bachelor of arts degree in English/Journalism and a minor in Black American Studies.
